Welcome — and Why I Do This Work
If you’ve found your way to my page, relationships likely matter deeply to you. Whether you’re ready to attract love, deepen the connection you have, or finally break the patterns that keep repeating — you’re in the right place.
Where This Work Began
I started relationship coaching after transforming my own relationship patterns and experiencing secure, grounded love in a way I hadn’t before. For a long time, I believed I was loving well. I was thoughtful, committed, and willing to put in the effort to make relationships work. But despite that, I often found myself feeling uncertain, overextended, or going back and forth questioning if I was with the right partner when I didn’t feel met in the way I needed.
I had done the reading, the journaling, the therapy. I understood myself well — or so I thought. And yet the same dynamics kept showing up. Different people, different circumstances, same ache at the end.
The shift didn’t come from finding the right person. It came from becoming a different person — someone with a clearer sense of self, stronger boundaries, and a deeper trust in my own instincts. That’s the work I now guide others through.
What I’ve Learned
What I know now — that I wish I had known earlier — is that the patterns we repeat in relationships aren’t accidents. They aren’t bad luck or poor judgment. They’re blueprints. Formed early, reinforced over time, and running quietly in the background of every relationship we enter.
The anxious checking. The over-giving. The choosing someone who keeps you just uncertain enough that you’re always working to earn their love. The walls that go up the moment someone gets genuinely close. These aren’t character flaws. They’re adaptations — strategies that once helped you navigate relationships where security wasn’t guaranteed.
The problem is they didn’t stop when the original threat did. They followed you here. Into your adult relationships, your dating choices, your conflicts, your silences.
“The secret to the life you want comes from the relationship you have with yourself.”
What This Work Actually Is
This isn’t therapy, and it isn’t advice. It’s coaching — which means we’re not primarily focused on understanding the past. We’re focused on using that understanding to create something different in the present.
We look at what’s running the show beneath the surface. We build the internal foundation — self-trust, nervous system regulation, a clear sense of your own needs and values — that makes secure relationships not just possible, but natural.
Because here’s what I’ve seen, in my own life and in the lives of the people I work with: when you become someone who feels genuinely secure within yourself, everything shifts. Not just who you attract. How you communicate. How you handle conflict. How you show up in your friendships, your family, your work. The relationship you have with yourself becomes the standard for every relationship around you.
Who This Is For
This blog — and this work — is for the person who is self-aware enough to know something isn’t working, but hasn’t yet found the tools to change it. For the person who is tired of the same relationship playing out with different people. For the person who wants love that feels like something they can rest in, not something they have to constantly earn or manage or hold together.
Whether you’re single, in a relationship, or somewhere in between — if you’re here, something in you is ready. And that readiness is where we begin.
