I used to believe that if I could just choose differently, my relationships would finally work. But even with awareness, insight, and intention, I found myself repeating the same patterns: feeling uncertain, overextended, and not fully met.
The shift came when I stopped trying to solve my relationships externally and focused on changing the internal patterns driving them. As I built a deeper sense of self-trust and internal security, my relationships transformed.
What once felt confusing and inconsistent became clear and grounded. Now, I help others create that same shift so they can experience love that feels calm, grounded, and aligned.
